XUM200 is an upright metallurgical microscope from Nanjing AMADA Instrument for inspecting metal structures, surface defects, and microstructures in materials science and quality control. The series features an optical infinity system, trinocular inclined eyepiece tube with 100% light flux for imaging, and a range of infinity plan achromatic objectives with defined working distances. It supports halogen epi-illumination with brightness control and includes a coaxial coarse/fine focus system with 0.7μm fine focus resolution.
