XIM700 Inverted Metallurgical Microscope for Surface Inspection

XIM700 is an inverted metallurgical microscope from Nanjing AMADA Instrument for surface inspection of metal samples, semiconductor wafers, and thin films. The series features infinity-corrected LWD objectives, a 360° rotating inclined head, coaxial coarse and fine focusing, and optional polarizing and camera systems. It supports 5W LED illumination with 100V–240V input and includes a built-in 0.65× C-mount adapter for HD camera integration.
