ICX41M is an inverted metallurgical microscope from Nanjing AMADA Instrument designed for grain analysis in materials science, metallurgy, and quality control. It features long working distance plan achromatic objectives, an infinity color-corrected optical system, and dual illumination modes (bright and dark field). The trinocular head supports camera integration, and the low-position coaxial focusing system enables precise depth control for thick or irregular samples.
